RISE Muay Thai is a women-focused fitness space in Chatswood, NSW, empowering women through Muay Thai and functional strength training. Led by owner Sarah, the studio has built a welcoming community where members are encouraged to challenge themselves, build confidence, and become stronger both physically and mentally.

To help showcase the energy and personality of the brand, I spent four hours on location capturing a complete content library for their social media. The project included a suite of 10 professionally edited videos alongside a collection of high-quality photographs.

The content featured owner-led talking-to-camera videos to build trust and connection, high-intensity Muay Thai training that captured the power and excitement of each session, and functional strength workouts that highlighted the studio’s well-rounded approach to fitness.

Every piece was created to reflect the supportive, empowering atmosphere that makes RISE Muay Thai more than just a place to train.
